1. Permitted use
You may use PaperAid to prepare, scan, resize, compress, convert, arrange, watermark or protect documents and photos that you are authorized to process. Do not use PaperAid to impersonate another person, forge official documents or misuse someone else's personal information.
2. Passport, visa and ID photos
Country presets and guides are preparation aids. They do not guarantee acceptance. Requirements can change and some authorities require professional capture, photographer certification or other conditions. You are responsible for verifying the current rules of the receiving authority.
3. Your files
You remain responsible for your source files, backups, exports and sharing decisions. Keep an original copy of important material before applying destructive edits or uploading a modified file elsewhere.
4. Store, advertising and external services
Future optional Pro purchases, rewarded advertising and app-store actions are provided through Google, Microsoft or other linked services and are also subject to their terms. The initial PaperAid launch configuration keeps these monetization experiences disabled.
5. Availability and changes
Features, supported file types, release channels and external-service availability may change as PaperAid evolves. No guarantee is made that every source file or authority portal will accept every export.
