Parent lock
Use the recovery-code option on the parent gate if the PIN is forgotten. Keep the recovery code outside the app and never send it to support.
Audio & narration
Parents can control master audio, background music, game sounds and narrator settings separately from the Parent Center.
Privacy
The current app stores learner profiles and progress locally. Read the full policy before store installation or contacting support.

For BrightQuest questions, use email and include enough detail to reproduce the problem. Do not send a child’s full legal name, parent PIN, recovery code or payment details.
Release & store status
Use the official Downloads page for Google Play and Microsoft Store status. Store install links will appear there only after verified BrightQuest Kids listings are live. Avoid unofficial APK/MSIX download sources.
