1. Educational software
BrightQuest Kids is educational software intended to support practice and learning. It does not replace a school, teacher, professional assessment, medical advice or special-education evaluation.
2. Parent responsibility
A parent or guardian should supervise installation, parent settings, external links, any future store purchase and device access. Keep parent PIN/recovery information private.
3. Availability
Features, lesson content, audio behavior, supported platforms and store availability may change as the product is tested and improved. Public store links will only be shown when verified listings are live.
4. Purchases
No public paid class-pack offering is represented on this website today. If purchases are enabled later, price, permanence, refund/restore behavior and platform restrictions will be disclosed at purchase time and governed by the relevant store terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to misuse the app, bypass platform protections, redistribute modified builds as official BrightQuest releases, or use the product in a way that violates applicable law.
6. External services
Links to developer, support, donation or store services open third-party destinations. Their terms and policies apply after leaving BrightQuest.
