1. Privacy Summary

[APP_NAME] is designed as an offline-first teacher productivity application. In the current product design, core question-paper creation, saved papers, Question Bank content, document utilities, OCR workflows, calculator features and user preferences are primarily handled on the user’s device. The App does not require an [APP_NAME] account for its current core workflow.

2. Information the App May Access or Process

• Question-paper content, school/exam details, instructions, sections, questions, options, answers, marks, tags and formatting.
• Question Bank content including subject, chapter, grade, difficulty, tags and favorites.
• Images selected/captured for OCR, school logos, diagrams and related workflows.
• OCR-recognized text.
• Local documents selected, opened, previewed or converted by you.
• Local file metadata required for document features.
• App preferences such as theme choice and privacy-policy acceptance.
• Information intentionally passed to another app when you choose an external action.

3. How We Use Information

Information is used to provide the functions you request: creating/editing/saving papers, maintaining Question Bank, maths/geometry, OCR, OMR generation, local document viewing/conversion, supported exports, preferences and support requests.

4. Local Storage

Core user-created content is stored locally in the current version. Local data may remain until you delete relevant content/files, clear application data or uninstall the App, subject to operating-system and backup behavior.

5. Camera, Photos and Files

The App may request camera, gallery/photo or file access only when required for a feature you choose, such as scanning a question, selecting a logo/image, opening a document or saving/exporting a generated file. Denying a permission may make the related feature unavailable.

6. OCR and Third-party Components

The current application source uses Google ML Kit Text Recognition for OCR. Selected image content is passed to the installed OCR component so recognition can be performed. The App also uses third-party software libraries for document/PDF rendering and other functions. The released build’s SDK privacy behavior should be re-verified before every store submission.

7. Analytics, Advertising and Developer Backend

Based on the current build described by this policy, the App does not intentionally use an advertising SDK, analytics SDK or Firebase/backend account service for the core workflow, and user-created paper content is not intentionally uploaded to a developer-operated server as part of normal paper creation. Update this policy and store disclosures before any future release changes those behaviors.

8. Sharing

We do not sell personal information and do not intentionally share user-created paper/document content with advertisers. Information may leave the App when you deliberately export/share a file, open content with another application, open an external website, initiate an external payment or when disclosure is legally required.

9. Student and Children’s Information

[APP_NAME] is a teacher productivity tool and does not require children to create an online account in the current build. Users control entered content. Avoid entering unnecessary sensitive student information and comply with applicable institutional policies and law.

10. Security

We use operating-system and local application storage controls available to the App. No storage or electronic processing method can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your device, backups and exported files appropriately.

11. Your Choices and Controls

• Choose which files/images to open.
• Deny optional permissions.
• Edit/delete saved content where controls exist.
• Delete exports using your file manager.
• Clear app storage or uninstall the App.

12. Data Retention

Local data is retained according to your actions and device storage/backup behavior. Support correspondence may be retained only as reasonably necessary for support, records, abuse prevention or legal obligations.

Account / Ads / Analytics

Current audited build mein core use ke liye EduSheet account required nahi hai, aur core workflow ke liye intentional ad SDK, analytics SDK ya Firebase/backend account service identified nahi hai. Release build change hone par policy aur store declarations update karna zaroori hai.
