This Privacy Policy describes how EduSheet (“EduSheet”, “the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), developed and published by Baishalya Roul, accesses, uses, stores and handles information when you use the application.

This policy applies to the EduSheet application and related support interactions controlled by the developer.

1. Privacy Summary

EduSheet is designed as an offline-first teacher productivity application. Core workflows such as question-paper creation, saved papers, Question Bank content, document utilities, OCR workflows, calculator features and application preferences are primarily handled on the user's device.

The current core EduSheet workflow does not require an EduSheet account.

EduSheet does not sell your personal information or user-created question-paper content.

2. Information EduSheet May Access or Process

Depending on the features you choose to use, EduSheet may access or process:

• Question-paper content including school or institution details, exam names, instructions, sections, questions, answer options, answers, marks and formatting.
• Question Bank information such as subject, chapter, grade, difficulty, tags and favorites.
• Mathematical formulas, symbols, equations and geometry content created inside the application.
• Images selected from your device or captured using the camera for OCR and related features.
• School logos, diagrams and other images that you choose to include in documents or question papers.
• Text recognized through OCR.
• Local documents that you choose to open, preview, read, convert or export.
• File names, file paths or other local file metadata needed to perform document-related operations.
• Application settings and preferences such as theme preferences and privacy-policy acknowledgement.
• Store purchase information such as Premium product availability, localized price, purchase or restore status, subscription expiry and entitlement status. EduSheet does not receive your card, bank or app-store account credentials.
• On supported mobile Free editions, Google Mobile Ads may process an IP address, app and ad interactions, diagnostic and performance information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.
• Information you intentionally send when contacting the developer for support.

3. How Information Is Used

Information accessed by EduSheet is used to provide the features and actions requested by you, including:

• Creating and editing question papers.
• Saving and managing papers.
• Maintaining your local Question Bank.
• Creating and inserting mathematical formulas.
• Creating geometry and diagram content.
• Recognizing text from images through OCR.
• Generating OMR answer sheets.
• Opening and viewing supported documents.
• Performing supported document conversions.
• Generating PDF and Word exports.
• Providing calculator and related teacher utilities.
• Remembering application preferences.
• Displaying consent-managed advertising on supported mobile Free editions.
• Providing, verifying, purchasing and restoring Premium access through your app store.
• Responding to support requests.

4. Local Storage and Offline Operation

EduSheet is designed around local and offline-first workflows. Core user-created information such as saved question papers and Question Bank content is stored locally in the current application design.

Core paper creation does not require a continuous internet connection or an EduSheet account.

Local information may remain on your device until you:

• Delete the relevant content inside EduSheet;
• Delete generated files using your device's file manager;
• Clear EduSheet application data; or
• Uninstall the application.

Operating-system backups, device backups or files that you independently copied to another location may continue to exist according to the behavior of those services or devices.

Existing papers, classes, templates, logos and other personal work remain viewable and editable if a Premium subscription expires. Personal EduSheet .eds backup and restore remain available on the Free plan. After the seven-day grace period, only new Premium operations are restricted.

5. Camera Access

EduSheet may request access to your device camera when you choose a feature that requires image capture, such as scanning a printed question for OCR.

Camera access is not required for normal text-based question-paper creation when camera-based functionality is not being used.

You may deny camera permission through your operating-system settings. Features that require camera access may then become unavailable.

6. Photos, Images and Media

EduSheet may allow you to select images from your device for features including OCR, school logos, question illustrations and diagrams.

EduSheet accesses these files when you choose the related feature. You remain responsible for the images and content that you choose to import into the application.

7. File and Document Access

EduSheet includes document-related functionality. When you select a file, the application may access that file and required metadata so it can perform the action you requested.

Supported workflows may include viewing, processing, converting, exporting or opening documents with another compatible application.

EduSheet does not need unrestricted access to all of your personal documents merely to create a normal question paper. File access is used according to the relevant feature and the permissions or file selections provided by you.

8. OCR and Google ML Kit

The current EduSheet application uses Google ML Kit Text Recognition as part of its OCR functionality.

When you intentionally use OCR, the image you select or capture is provided to the OCR component so text recognition can be performed.

OCR results may contain recognition errors. EduSheet allows recognized information to be used as part of your workflow, and users should review important recognized content before relying on it.

Google ML Kit and other third-party software components are also subject to the privacy, security and technical practices of their respective providers.

9. Third-Party Software Components

EduSheet uses software libraries and platform components to provide functions such as OCR, document handling, PDF rendering, file processing and other application features.

Third-party components may process technical information as necessary to provide their functionality according to their own implementations and policies.

We review the privacy behavior of dependencies used by the application as part of release preparation and may update this Privacy Policy when the application's data practices materially change.

10. Advertising, Consent and Premium Purchases

Supported Android and iOS Free-plan editions may use Google AdMob to display a clearly labelled banner on the home screen and an occasional full-screen ad after a completed return to the home screen. The transition ad is preloaded and frequency-capped. It is not shown on app launch, app exit or in place of a feature or navigation option. If an ad is not ready, EduSheet skips that opportunity instead of interrupting the user later.

EduSheet uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request updated consent information and show a consent form where required before requesting ads. Advertising privacy choices may be reopened from Settings where required. If consent or the advertising service is unavailable, EduSheet continues without the ad. Premium users do not receive ad requests from these placements.

Google states that the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share IP address, app and ad interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. EduSheet does not operate a separate developer analytics service. See Google Mobile Ads data disclosure and the Google Privacy Policy.

Before the Premium store plan is launched, EduSheet may provide complimentary full feature access with Free-plan advertising. After Premium becomes available, the Free plan includes three basic templates, up to five saved papers, two active classes and five basic PDF exports per calendar month. Core editing and personal .eds backup/restore remain available. Premium provides unlimited papers, classes and exports; editable Word export; all templates; new custom branding and logos; advanced planning, analytics and period scheduling; curriculum packages; bulk operations; and no advertising.

EduSheet offers an optional monthly Premium subscription through the applicable app store. Product information, localized price, checkout, purchase history, licence status, refunds and account-based restore are provided by that store. Premium access continues during a seven-day grace period after a verified payment issue or expiry. After grace, existing work remains viewable and editable and only new Premium operations are restricted. Store services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Accounts and Authentication

The current core EduSheet workflow does not require users to create an EduSheet account.

Because normal core content is stored locally rather than in a developer-operated EduSheet account, deleting the App's local data is generally controlled through the application, generated files and the operating system.

12. Sharing and Exporting Content

EduSheet does not intentionally sell or share your user-created papers with advertisers.

Information may leave EduSheet when you intentionally perform an external action, including:

• Exporting a PDF or Word document;
• Sharing a generated file;
• Opening a document in another application;
• Saving a file to a location selected by you;
• Opening an external website;
• Contacting the developer by email; or
• Using another third-party application or service selected by you.

Once information is intentionally shared with another application or service, its handling may be governed by that third party's privacy practices.

13. Question Papers and Student Information

EduSheet is a productivity application intended primarily for teachers, tutors, educators and institutions.

EduSheet does not require students or children to create an online account for the current core workflow.

Teachers and other users decide what information they enter into question papers and documents. Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive student information and are responsible for complying with applicable school, institutional, contractual and legal requirements.

14. Children's Privacy

EduSheet is designed as a teacher productivity tool rather than an online social service for children.

The application does not intentionally require children to submit personal information directly to the developer as part of its normal core workflow.

If you believe that personal information belonging to a child has been sent directly to the developer through a support interaction without appropriate authorization, contact us using the details below.

15. Data Retention

Locally stored content remains according to your use of the application, your device storage and your operating-system backup configuration.

Files exported from EduSheet remain wherever you choose to save or copy them until you delete them.

Support emails or other information voluntarily sent directly to the developer may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Respond to the request;
• Maintain support records;
• Prevent abuse or security issues; or
• Meet applicable legal obligations.

16. Data Deletion

Since EduSheet's current core workflow is local-first and does not require an EduSheet account, most EduSheet content can be removed directly by the user.

You may remove information by:

• Deleting saved papers or other content where deletion controls are available;
• Deleting generated PDF, Word or other files from your device;
• Clearing EduSheet's application storage through your operating-system settings; or
• Uninstalling EduSheet.

Clearing application storage or uninstalling the application may permanently remove locally stored EduSheet data that has not been independently backed up.

If you have voluntarily sent personal information directly to the developer through a support email, you may request deletion of eligible information by contacting baishalya1999@gmail.com .

17. Security

EduSheet relies on application storage, operating-system controls and the security capabilities available on your device to help protect locally stored information.

However, no electronic storage system or computing device can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You should protect your device using appropriate security measures such as a device lock, maintain trusted backups where necessary and carefully control where exported documents are stored or shared.

18. Your Choices and Controls

Depending on the feature, you can:

• Choose which images or files to open;
• Choose whether to use OCR;
• Deny optional camera or file-related permissions;
• Edit or delete saved content where supported;
• Delete generated exports using your file manager;
• Clear application storage;
• Uninstall EduSheet;
• Choose whether to share exported information with another application; and
• Contact the developer regarding applicable privacy questions or requests.

19. External Links and Services

EduSheet or its website may contain links that open external websites, email applications, stores or other third-party services.

Those external services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. This Privacy Policy does not control how an independent third party handles information after you choose to interact with that service.

20. International Users

EduSheet may be used in different countries and regions. Privacy and data-protection rights may vary depending on your location.

Where applicable law provides rights regarding information directly controlled by the developer, you may contact us to request access, correction or deletion.

21. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when EduSheet functionality, legal requirements or third-party components change.

When the policy is updated, the effective date displayed at the top of this page will also be updated.

Where appropriate, material privacy changes may also be communicated through the application, website or relevant app store listing.

Current core EduSheet workflow ke liye EduSheet account ya registration required nahi hai.

2. EduSheet kya access kar sakta hai?

3. Data kahan rehta hai?

Subscription expire hone par existing papers, classes, templates aur logos view/edit hote rahenge. Personal .eds backup aur restore Free plan mein bhi available rahega. Saat din ke grace period ke baad sirf naye Premium operations restrict honge.

Aap app ke content delete controls, file manager, app-storage clear ya uninstall karke local information remove kar sakte ho.

4. OCR

EduSheet OCR ke liye Google ML Kit Text Recognition use karta hai. Jab aap OCR khud use karte ho, selected ya captured image OCR component ko text recognize karne ke liye di jati hai.

OCR perfect hona guaranteed nahi hai, isliye important question ya text ko export se pehle verify karna recommended hai.

5. Ads aur analytics

Supported Android/iOS Free plan mein Home screen par labelled Google AdMob banner aur kabhi-kabhi kisi screen se Home par complete return ke baad frequency-capped full-screen ad aa sakta hai. Ye ad pehle se load hota hai; app launch, app exit ya kisi feature/navigation option ki jagah nahi dikhaya jata. Ad ready na ho to opportunity skip hoti hai.

Jahan required ho, Google User Messaging Platform consent aur privacy choices handle karta hai. Premium ya grace-period users ke liye in placements se ad request nahi hoti. Premium available hone ke baad Free plan mein 3 basic templates, 5 saved papers, 2 active classes aur har calendar month 5 basic PDF exports milte hain. Core editing aur personal .eds backup/restore free rehte hain. Premium mein unlimited papers/classes/exports, editable Word export, sabhi templates, naye custom logos aur branding, advanced planner/analytics/period scheduling, curriculum packs, bulk operations aur no ads milte hain.

Monthly Premium purchase, localized price, payment, refund aur restore applicable app store handle karta hai. EduSheet ko aapke card, bank ya store-account credentials nahi milte. Verified expiry/payment issue ke baad 7-day grace period milta hai; uske baad existing data lock nahi hota, sirf naye Premium operations restrict hote hain.

6. Sharing

Jab aap PDF/Word export, Share, Open With, external website ya email jaisa action khud choose karte ho tab information EduSheet ke bahar ja sakti hai.

Uske baad selected third-party app/service ki privacy policy bhi apply ho sakti hai.

7. Student data

EduSheet teacher productivity tool hai. Current core workflow students ya children ko online account create karne ke liye require nahi karta.

Teachers ko unnecessary sensitive student data enter nahi karna chahiye aur apne school/institution ke rules follow karne chahiye.

8. Data delete kaise karein?

Saved content ko app se delete karein, exported files ko file manager se remove karein, ya Android/Windows ke application settings se EduSheet storage clear karein.

App uninstall karne se bhi local app data remove ho sakta hai. Jo files aapne separately export/copy ki hain unhe alag se delete karna padega.
