Contact forms and email

If you send an inquiry, the website may collect your name, email address, selected product or platform, and the message you provide. Contact forms use FormSubmit to deliver the inquiry by email so I can respond. FormSubmit and the email provider process the submitted information under their own privacy policies.

Please do not send passwords, OTPs, payment credentials, identity documents, private app files or other sensitive information. Inquiry information is used to answer your request and manage the resulting conversation; it is not submitted to advertising services as part of the contact form.

Hosting and external resources

The website is hosted through GitHub Pages. Hosting and network providers may process technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested address and request time, to deliver pages and protect their services.

Some pages load resources from external providers, such as Google Fonts or GitHub-hosted profile images. Your browser contacts those providers to retrieve the resource, which can disclose technical request information to them. Their privacy policies apply to that processing.

Browser preferences

Some pages use browser local storage to remember choices such as theme or language. These preferences stay in that browser and do not contain your document or photo contents. You can clear them through your browser's site-data settings; doing so may reset those choices.

Optional Google AdSense advertising

Advertising is disabled by default. Selected product and documentation pages may display a clearly labelled advertisement after the advertising and applicable consent setup have been enabled. The main homepage, download pages, legal and privacy pages, NotiVault pages, and the child-focused BrightQuest Kids website are kept ad-free by the website's advertising loader.

When Google AdSense advertising is active, Google and other advertising partners may collect and use information to deliver, measure and protect advertisements. This can involve placing or reading cookies, using web beacons, browser local storage, IP addresses, device or browser information, and other identifiers. Depending on your consent, location and the advertising settings, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized or limited.

Consent and privacy choices

Where consent is required for advertising storage or personalization, the relevant consent setup must be in place before those advertising features are enabled. For personalized advertising to visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, this includes a Google-certified consent management platform. A configuration flag alone does not collect visitor consent.

When a consent message is available, you can use its controls to accept, reject or change the relevant choices. Browser cookie and site-data controls provide additional options. Blocking cookies or clearing site data can affect saved preferences and how third-party services work.

Product links, support and payments

Links to Google Play, Microsoft Store, GitHub, Buy Me a Coffee and other external services take you to providers with their own terms and privacy practices. Store purchases and support payments are processed by those providers; this website does not collect or process card details directly.

This website policy does not replace the privacy policy of EduSheet, PaperAid or any other application. Review the app's own policy before installing or using it.

Information may need to be retained to manage an ongoing request or meet applicable obligations. Requests concerning an external provider should also be directed to that provider.
